Ad Hoc IT Support.

This service is a reactive response support service. This is when a customer will call for support on a particular IT issue on site. An hourly rate is charge and it excludes travel cost.


Time-block IT Service. (Limited hours management and support)

With the agreement and assessment of customer needs and work that needs to be done, a set amount of time-block units is agreed upon. This will enable the customers to put it into their budget. The units are available from the minimum of 4 hours and increases in 2-hour block units.

It includes:

  • Weekly visits for proactive support and preventative measures PC and network maintenance.
  • Reactive support call-outs
  • Remote support if possible.
  • Implementing of backup and recovery of business data.
  • Implementing of network security.
  • Ongoing cost-saving strategies and solutions.

New network installation service.

This is for the new small business that needs a stable network. We will have to assess the installation and then we can come to an agreement of cost. There will be a daily labor charge for the installation.

It includes:

  • Site visit
  • Planning of network.
  • Installation of hardware and configuration of software.
  • Testing of stability of network.
